BEHIND THE BLENDING
Last month, Brewmaster Matt Brynildson hosted a friendly blending competition with local winemakers which led to the creation of XXIII. Each team takes components of our barrel-aged beers then blends them to create a masterful Anniversary Ale. The winner gets bragging rights and the coveted cardboard crown... and of course, we all get to enjoy our latest vintage release.
