Christopher Graham Departing DC Brau

There isn’t much Christopher Graham hasn’t put his fingerprint on over the last eight years or so at DC Brau. Employee number one, Christopher was the brewery’s first shift brewer, its longtime production manager, and an all around idea guy. Today, he makes his departure leaving DC Brau better due to his creativity, leadership and friendship through the years.
“Christopher was the first person I had the privilege of training up in the ways I was taught as a brewer,” says DC Brau Brewmaster & Co-founder Jeff Hancock. “We have shared many an idea and philosophy, and have worked together to bring the beers of DC Brau to life and then improve upon them over time. His high standard has been integral in helping to make DC Brau a known regional brewery with really high standards.”
“His mind is always churning, trying to come up with the coolest, most interesting thing or the best way to do something technically,” says Co-founder & CEO Brandon Skall. “From Solar Abyss and sani-cycles to equipment installation and brew schedules, he has worked just about every event and overnights. He’s been there through all of it.”
As Jeff put it best, it has been a pleasure watching him mature into a confident and approachable leader at DC Brau with a technical prowess in all aspects of the brewing process. Christopher’s humor, energy and creative sensibility will be sorely missed around the brewery, but everyone at DC Brau is excited to see what he has in store for his next chapter.
Cheers, Christopher!
