The base of Scratch #381 is a pillowy blend of oats, pilsner malt and unmalted wheat. The residual haze props up the combination of El Dorado, Citra and Mosaic hops, capturing notes of passionfruit, resiny mango and grapefruit. A shortened fermentation with peachy yeast adds bright notes of juicy stone fruit. We taste: passionfruit, stone fruit, peach and light pine. 6.4% ABV. Draft and growler fills now available in our Tasting Room.
