2 Row Brewing Adding All About Apricot
Today we have a new big bottle coming from 2 Row Brewing in Midvale, UT. This is All About Apricot and it will be a barrel-aged Brett farmhouse ale with apricots. This beer spent 22-months in oak Chardonnay wine barrels with Brettanomyces Claussenii and real apricot puree (added twice) before being packaged in 750ml bottles. All About Apricot will hit 11.2%-AbV and stay tuned for release details.
