The Bruery Adding Wit The Funk With Apricots 16oz Cans
Today we have yet another new can coming from The Bruery & Bruery Terreux in Placentia, CA. This is Wit The Funk With Apricots and it is brewed with orange peel and coriander and fermented with Wit yeast, brettanomyces and Terreux house cultures. This version adds in “luscious” apricots and the beer is aged in oak foeders. The beer will roll in at 5.2%-AbV and this is the 16oz can. Stay tuned for release details.
