Gobsmacked! is back again. Originally brewed for Brouwer's Cafe's 10th Anniversary in 2015. This is a 10% imperial IPA loaded with Citra, Magnum, and Galaxy hops. Tangerine notes up front, with grapefruit in the finish. The smooth, soft, and juicy body adds balance to the finish.

Each year we will brew a slightly different Bits and Bobs, highlighting the hops and malts that most excited us over the past year. This year's Bits was brewed with some our new favorite hops: Grungeist. This strangely named hop from Germany doesn't just make us think of one of Seattle's indigenous music genres - though that did inspire us to brew Grunge Crush last year - it evokes flavors of peach and passionfruit, along with lemon zest and florals. Helping the Grungeist along are significant amounts of Citra and Comet. All of these hops are bolstered by a maltbill of Pale, golden promise, caramel and oats.
