Dominated by black raspberry overtones and fresh chocolate flavors, we used magnum hops, patagonia chocolate malts, and added plenty of black raspberry puree, cocoa nibs and lactose to give this ice cream inspired milk stout the perfect flavor and mouthfeel to mimic the classic Graeter's flavor.
