What would happen if we combined the hop timing schedule of our recent Brut IPAs with the recipe of Scratch favorite Kinetic IPA? The answer is Scratch #360. This session IPA received almost no hot-side hops (only a dusting to tame the sweetness of the malt). It’s all about dry-hopping with Chinook, El Dorado and Galaxy, giving us a super-soft and fluffy session IPA with notes of papaya, passionfruit and orange hard candy. We taste: papaya, passionfruit, orange hard candy. 4.7% ABV. Draft and growler fills available now in the Tasting Room.
