Blue Point Adding What The L? Helles To Celebrate The Upcoming L-Train Shutdown, Dragon With Matches & Peach Gose

Blue Point Adding What The L? Helles To Celebrate The Upcoming L-Train Shutdown
This morning we bring you an interesting new can coming from Blue Point Brewing in Patchogue, NY.  This is What The L? and it will be a Helles that “commemorates” the upcoming shutdown of the L-Train that runs between Brooklyn and Manhattan.  The train will be shutdown for 15-months beginning in April 2019 so you think they’d make something stronger than a 4.5%-AbV Helles to mitigate the commuter-stress.  This is a 16oz can and the beer will hit 18 IBU.  Stay tuned for release info.  The 2019 packaging is below:  I've also added in Peach Gose (4.1%-AbV, 12oz cans) & Dragon With Matches smoked Scotch ale (6.5%-AbV, 20 IBU, 16oz can).
