From River North:This Saturday, November 17th, River North Brewery will unveil the 2018 vintage of Barrel Aged Mr. Sandman, their award-winning imperial stout aged in Colorado bourbon barrels.
Dark, deep and dreamy, Barrel Aged Mr. Sandman is only released once per year, the perfect complement to family gatherings and holiday feasts.
The brewery will have both Barrel Aged Mr. Sandman and a fresh batch of classic Mr. Sandman on tap and in bottles to go when the taproom opens at Noon on Saturday. Snag bottles of classic Mr. Sandman for $10, and up to a full case of Barrel Aged Mr. Sandman for $12 each. While a limited number of cases will hit Colorado store shelves, your best bet to stock up is at the brewery – both these beers will age gracefully for years.
In addition, River North will feature a special four-part beer and cookie-pie pairing with Good Sugar Baking starting at 2pm, featuring festive flavors for Thanksgiving.
And finally, in addition to the new releases, the brewery will tap a single keg of Pumpkin Spice Mr. Sandman. While this limited one-off will be draft only, River North will fill Crowlers while they last.
