Off Color - Staveyard Framboise

Here’s another new bottle coming from Off Color Brewing in Chicago, IL.  This is Staveyard Framboise and it will be an Oud Bruin-style ale with raspberries added.  The beer will sneak in at 7.5%-AbV & 15 IBU and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle.  I’ve also added in ProCatsTination (Procatstination) wine barrel-aged wild ale (5.1%-AbV, 15 IBU, 750ml bottles)--collaboration with Perennial Artisan Ales & Side Project Brewing, Fox In The Snow foudre-aged kriek-style ale refermented with cherries (8.4%-AbV, 10 IBU, 375ml bottles), Cygnet foedre-aged wild ale with Koji added (5.2%-AbV, 8 IBU, 8.5oz bottles) and Reine Des Renards Flemish blonde ale fermented in Calvados Foedre with raw apple cider and native yeasts (8.3%-AbV, 14 IBU, 750ml bottles)Off Color - Staveyard Framboise, ProCatsTination, Fox In The Snow, Cygnet & Reine Des RenardsOff Color - Staveyard Framboise, ProCatsTination & Reine Des Renardsimageimage
