Based on the beer's aroma and flavor, you would think this roasty, sweet, coffee-like brew would be dark brown or even jet black in color. The beer was brewed with rolled oats, coffee, cocoa nibs, and vanilla beans to enhance the familiar flavors and mouthfeel found in your typical stout. However! It was brewed without roasted barley, which is why it's so light in color. It's a holiday miracle!
