Our holiday spiced ale, Moravian Porter, returns this week on Friday November 23rd. Inspired by Winston-Salem's iconic Moravian cookies, it's brewed with ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin spices. Here's the story of how it came to be.

ALSO: we will once again be offering our Moravian Porter gift boxes, in partnership with Dewey's Bakery.

Each box will contain:

- 22-oz. bomber of Moravian Porter
- limited edition 2018 Moravian Porter pint glass
- bag of Dewey's Moravian Spice Cookies
- bag of Footnote coffee
- Moravian Star Christmas ornament

Gift box price is $29.99 - they will be available on Black Friday at Footnote (opens 8am), our downtown pub (opens 11am), and our tasting room (special Black Friday hours - opening early at noon!)
