Scratch #329 is our latest effort to bring body to a lower-alcohol IPA – 3.9% to be exact – without compromising aroma or flavor. This time around, we added Comet hops toward the end of the boil to reveal soft nuances of pineapple. We also incorporated Galaxy to the dry-hop bill to lend sweet tropical notes reminiscent of passionfruit hard candy. We taste: juicy pineapple, grapefruit, passionfruit. Draft and growler fills available now at the brewery.
