Here’s your first peek at a new collaboration beer coming to bottles from Stone Brewing in Escondido, CA. This is Mojay IPA and it was the winning entry in the 10th American Homebrewers Association Rally held at Stone. This recipe was created by Corey Magers and Elizabeth Bakas and it will be co-brewed with Burgeon Beer. The beer is a new “East-West” take on an NEIPA brewed with orange juice, Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic hops (a combination of pellet hops and cryo hops). The name is a combination of Mosaic and OJ (orange juice)…MoJay and the beer hits 7.6%-AbV. This is the 22oz bottle and stay tuned for release info.
