Revival’s latest offering celebrates equality and will benefit Pride RI.
CRANSTON, RI (May, 29th 2018) - Get ready to pack a cooler because refreshments for summer fun just got tastier. Revival Brewing Company is set to release their newest beer, Star Child Pilsner, to honor equality in time for Pride month. It’s currently available in tallboy cans at their Cranston brewery with a celebration to benefit the Rhode Island Pride organization planned for June 9th.
Revival Brewing are big supporters of the LGBTQ community and they wanted to help create awareness of equality and inclusivity with a craft beer. It doesn't get any better than cracking open a delicious cold can of beer on a hot summer day. And some summertime occasions like PrideFest call for a light, sessionable lager that's smooth and refreshing. So Star Child Pilsner was born with this in mind and canned for Pride month just as New England days get warmer and longer. It’s a Bohemian-style pilsner dry hopped with mosaic that’s light and crisp with a refreshing drinkability.
To celebrate its release, Revival is throwing a party complete with free BBQ, live music, and raffle. Proceeds from the raffle and a portion of tasting room sales will benefit Pride RI. It all goes down at their Cranston Tasting Room on Saturday, June 9th from 1 to 5 PM. Additionally, cans of Star Child Pilsner will be sold at PrideFest’s beer garden areas the following week on June 16th in Providence. Those proceeds will also support Pride RI. Tallboy cans of Star Child Pilsner are available in the Revival Brewing Tasting Room located at 505 Atwood Avenue in Cranston, RI and soon to be distributed to bars and package stores throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. At 4.8% ABV and 8 IBUs, this unfiltered pilsner is sure to make this New England summer a lot more refreshing.
