Magic Hat Announces #ShesBack: Elder Betty Makes A Seasonal Return 3/1From Magic Hat:

Elder Betty Returns to Magic Hat’s Warm Weather Lineup

Cult Following Prompts 6-pack Comeback

South Burlington, VT – Magic Hat is heeding the call of a cult-like following demanding there-release of a seasonal favorite. After receiving, literally, hundreds of emails, in-person requests
and comments on social media, the brewer is pleased to announce that #ShesBack, and that they will be releasing Elder Betty from her brewery confinement.

In another surprising concession, Magic Hat will be sending Betty out in 6-packs of cans in addition to including her in the Jam Pak bottle variety pack. This will ensure that the popular
elderberry weiss can be enjoyed wherever the sun shines and wherever spirits become parched.

A Golden Haze for Sunny Days

Elder Betty is a weiss-style ale brewed with an American hefeweizen yeast and 2-row and malted wheat for a bready malt flavor up front. A touch of Apollo hops is added for balance and are complemented by the tart berry notes of elderberry. Over the years, Elder Betty has proven herself the perfect accompaniment to hot, humid days where the need for refreshment is paramount to one’s continued joy. Elder Betty will be available March through August in 2018, and those drinking in her good company are encouraged to do so socially with the hashtag #ShesBack.
