Down The Road Beer - Darkest Night Coming 12/21

Down The Road Beer - Darkest Night Coming 12/21From Down The Road Beer:

Winter’s long dark is upon us, threatening cold nights and short, dreary days. It is easy to succumb to the shadows and hide in solitary beneath warm blankets and glowing screens, but the only true remedy for the winter blues is jolly companionship and strong drink. So join Down The Road Beer Co. on the darkest night of the year to celebrate Winter Solstice 2017!

We invite you and your loved ones to share a table with new friends, enjoy a hearty feast and fortify yourselves against the cold with our renowned Darkest Night Imperial Stout. This highly sought-after brew is inspired by Baba Yaga, the notorious woods witch of Slavic folklore. At a whopping 14% ABV, our Darkest Night is a heavy hitting ale with a strong malt backbone that boasts deep, roasted notes of cocoa, coffee and spicy hops. This year’s batch of stout is a taproom exclusive with no external distribution, so come join us in winter revelry as it will be your only opportunity to try this whale of a beer. Limited taproom pours available, half the batch will be aged until next year on our 2nd annual Darkest Night.

Special event includes:

- Exclusive pours of a limited run of Darkest Night Imperial Stout

- Restaurant popup

- Live folk music

- Arts & Craft Stations for making your own crown wreaths and candles

- Winter Solstice inspired face painting

- 50% off our talented artist Nikki Rossignol's Darkest Night framed prints
