Baxter Brewing Releasing Hop Tryst IPA & Ein Stein Cans

Baxter Brewing Releasing Hop Tryst IPA CansFrom Baxter Brewing:

Since Baxter really put IPAs on the map—and still brews Stowaway, what we are told, is Maine's best-selling Maine-made IPA —we thought, what better way to go into our 7th year of business than by releasing a brand new IPA, our first new, year round release since Tarnation Maine Lager. We can’t wait for you to meet Hop Tryst India Pale Ale! Available now, Hop Tryst is brewed for today’s IPA drinker.

At nearly half the IBU’s of Stowaway, Hop Tryst is also much lighter in body and color; she’s light, crisp and lush, with an amazing citrus aroma, but oh so drinkable (even at 6.4% ABV)! Best of all, Hop Tryst is our first permanent beer to be packaged in a 16oz format!

BREWED TO HONOR.

We are proud to have partnered with the Auburn, Maine Fire Department's recent fundraiser by way of a specialty brew, branded in honor of Edward "Ted" Maguire, an Auburn firefighter, who died in the line of duty serving our community. Ted's Red IPA can be found at local (to Baxter Brewing) restaurants & bars. For every pint of Ted's Red ordered, Baxter will donate 25 ¢ to the MDA in Ted's honor.
