Fortune Cookie Ale (Bionic Brew Collaboration - China)
OG: 14 | ABV: 5.8| IBUs: 20

This beer is a collaboration with Joe Finkenbinder and Bionic Brew from Shenzhen, China, located in the Guangdong Province. This beer is brewed to best emulate the flavor of a fortune cookie. While not traditionally Chinese, fortune cookies have become ubiquitous with Chinese food in America. We're using actual fortune cookies in the mash and have crafted the recipe to showcase the toasted and slightly sweet flavor of the simple fortune cookie. Hopping is brought to you by Fuggles. This beer will have a slightly creamy toasted flavor reminiscent of the fortune carrying cookie accompanying the check at the Chinese Buffet. Fortune cookies will be the garnish... while supplies last!

T----o be released September 6th in all locations.
