The Cooper Project is a rotating series of new recipes that highlight Goose Island’s expertise in bourbon barrel-aging. The second release of 2017, this Blonde Doppelbock, pours a mysterious blonde hue with rich caramel notes, a sweet vanilla finish, and balanced bourbon heat that complements hints of oak from the bourbon barrel.
