Council Releasing Behind The Curtain & Staircase of Everlasting Peaches

imageFrom Council Brewing:

Are you ready for two new delicious Magic Factory barrel aged beers? Starting today, Monday, July 10 at 10am you can secure your set online here. These are perfect for your summertime enjoyment. The first up is Behind the Curtain, a Flanders Style Red Ale blended from beer aged for one to two years in Cabernet Sauvignon and blended red wine barrels. Several months ago, we “peeled back the curtain” of our Magic Factory to share a special Barrel Blending Experience with a small group of patrons and together, created this perfect blend for your enjoyment. The result of this blend is a striking balance between two other sour reds we've released: Lickable Staves (Gold/Best of Show - SD International) and our 2nd Anniversary Flanders Red (Silver - LA International).

The second bottle on the docket is Staircase of Everlasting Peaches, a Sauvignon Blanc white wine barrel aged beer that tastes like summer in a glass. It's peach, peach, and more peach. Why'd we name it that? Find out here. This was one of the favorites of our customers our recent 3rd anniversary party and we previewed both of these on SD Beer Talk and they were big hits. For more information about each beer and to secure your bottles visit our website: Behind the Curtain and Staircase of Everlasting Peaches.
