Prairie Artisan & Arizona Wildernedd Collaborating Fernet Saison (Fernet About It)

Brewing with the @azwilderness boys today!  Look for an Arizona Beer Week release date (2/9).  The beer will be a dark saison called Fernet Saison.

Remember when our friends from Prairie Artisan Ales came down to Arizona to hang out at AZW? Well besides partaking in an epic bottle share, we also found some time to put together a very unique collaboration beer.

Fernet About It is a Dark Farmhouse Saison was made with spearmint, peppermint, saffron, fennel, anise, and black cardamom to mimic the flavors found in our favorite digestif spirit.

We are so excited about this one that we made 800 bottles. They will go on sale this Saturday starting at 9 AM with a limit of 1 case (12 bottles) per person. And if you want to give it a try before you pick up some bottles, we'll be tapping it this Thursday.
