Post-Boil IPA is on tap now! Just as the name suggests, all hops were added ... post-boil! We took one huge and blissfully inefficient burst of Simcoe and HBC-682, aka "The Alpha Beast," and added them to the whirlpool, resulting in a more citrusy and piney brew. On tap now ... until it's not!
