Trillium & Monkish Brewing Collaborate On Never & Again DIPA (Coming 10/10)

NEVER & AGAIN DOUBLE IPA
For this East meets West coast collaboration, we’ve joined forces with the Los Angeles based Monkish to brew a Double IPA aged on mangoes. We never thought we’d do a fruited IPA… but here we are doing it (again). (Henry from Monkish feels the same way!) Never & Again is intensely aromatic, with a nose composed of bright mango, melon rind, and a combination of tropical & piney hop character. The palate follows the nose, intensified by a bold, quenching, lasting bitterness. 

We will release Never & Again on Monday, October 10th at 11AM in both Boston & Canton. There will be a (2) 4-pack limit per person and we will operate with cans only sales (no growler fills) from 11AM-1PM (approximately) to expedite order processing. Our Canton Taproom will open at 1PM (approximately) with Never & Again pouring all afternoon!
