This is Petrus Rood Bruin and it is a 33% Foederbeer (Petrus Aged Pale aged for 2-years) and 67% young brown beer blend.  This beer will hit 5.5%-AbV and this Flemish red ale is packaged in 750ml bottles at Brouwerij De Brabandere in Belgium for U.S. distribution.
