Now headed to Block 15 accounts around Oregon, Cosmic Cold Brew was designed in cooperation with our south Corvallis neighbors Bespoken Coffee Roasters. Together, we cupped dozens of unique varietals and roast profiles before landing on the perfect coffee complement for our base stout. We selected a washed Ethiopian Zonegediyo Gedeb, roasted light enough to retain delicate tart cherry notes alongside a punch of acidity—beautiful Ethiopian coffee characteristics that seamlessly meld into our stout's rich chocolate and caramel roast character.
Cosmic Cold Brew will be available throughout fall on tap and in 500mL bottles.
