RALEIGH, NC  - Sept. 6, 2016 Lonerider Brewing Company, a craft brewery that prides itself on developing Ales for Outlaws, has announced the highly anticipated ret
urn of Magnificent 77 on September 24th, 2016.”

"Magnificent 77 grew out of a conversation about the difficulty in obtaining various types of hops," said Lonerider CEO Sumit Vohra. "From that conversation we developed the idea to push the limits of how many hop varieties could be used in one beer. The result was the 2015 release of Magnificent 77. We were incredibly happy with the response from the beer community. We sold out at the brewery within hours, and it became a hot commodity at local beer stores as well. Ever since then people have been asking us when it would return. That time is now."

The "Magnificent 77" is an IPA crafted with 77 hop varieties to create a one of a kind hop character. Featuring hops from 7 countries (US, UK, AU, NZ, Ger, Czech, Slovenia), different varieties are blended together to create a unique flavor for each of the 7 hop additions during the 77 minute boil. After fermentation, it is dry hopped by adding a different variety each day for 7 days, followed by 14 more varieties for an additional 7 days. Coming in at 7.7% ABV with 77 IBU's, it's a drinkable and flavorful IPA.

"We've switched out some of the varieties with some new ones that have become recently available, such as experimental hop HBC-438 and Idaho 7," said Lonerider Head Brewer Galen Smith. "Beer fans can expect subtle differences, with a larger hop aroma."

Magnificent 77 will once again be released in very limited quantities. Please reserve yours today at
