This is Local Grind from Empire Brewing in Cazenovia, NY.  This beer is a Scotch ale brewed with roasted coffee beans from Face Kubal in Syracuse, NY.  Thi is a 12oz bottle and the beer hits 7.2%-AbV and 20 IBU.image
