White Labs Brewing in San Diego,
CA. This is Frankenstout and it appears to use 96 yeast strains to “bring it to life.” Frankenstout celebrates
White Labs genome sequencing collaboration project and it wil be packaged in 750ml bottles. So what sort of AbV can 96 yeast strains deliver? If you guessed 9.6%-AbV, you’d be right. This beer will be released March 17th, 2016.
