A love note of sorts from Short’s Head Brewer, Tony Hansen, Love Knife has been described as a truly unique brew. A style of its own. A loner. The idiosyncrasies of this beer – Belgian yeast and American hop varieties, have been proven to drive tastebuds mad with delight.

Love Knife (6.7% ABV – 45 IBU)  is a brownish red Belgian Amber Ale that explodes with aromas of strawberry, banana, and nectarine. Malt sweetness is quite low, allowing for the fruit flavors to be apparent throughout the beer.

Pick your poison wisely this week as this brew is on the run. Remember, we made Love Knife just for you …we love you so much…
