From Dogfish Head:
It’s just about time for the annual Extreme Beer Fest - one of our favorite beer festivals, hosted by some of our favorite brothers of BeerAdvocate. We can’t wait to see what boundaries have been pushed this time around!

February 5 - Sam Cruises the Cellar
Dogfish founder and president Sam Calagione will be on hand from 2:30 - 4:00 p.m. to chat all things beer. Even better, we’ll be pouring samples of Namaste and digging out a vintage brew from his stash!
February 5, 6 - Sessions 1, 2, and 3
You may have heard of some of these brews and you may think ‘huh?’ about others, but we’re bringing the extreme in 2016!
For each session we’ll be pouring …
- Liquor De M’Alstroms - a Malt Liquor and BeerAdvocate collaboration
- Hoo Lawd - the hoppiest beer ever documented and featured in our new web series, That’s Odd … Let’s Drink It!
- Higher Math - our 20th anniversary beer
- Bitches Brew - a gustatory analog to Miles Davis’ masterpiece
- Romantic Chemistry - an IPA made with mangoes, apricots and ginger, and our new spring seasonal
- Festina Lente - a tart, neo-Lambic ale
- Oak-aged Noble Rot - our Noble Rot aged on oak for an entire year
February 7 - Post-Brunch
