We brought you the keg label, but I’m excited to be the first to show you the bottle packaging for Allagash Astrid. This saison is brewed with Pilsner, raw wheat and Biscuit malt befor ebeing fermented in stainless steel for a year with saison yeast and Brettanomyces. After fermentation, the bee ris aged in Scandanavian Aquiavit barrels for 8-months before being packaged in 12.7oz bottles. This beer will hit 10.2%-AbV and stay tuned for release details.
