Modern Times - 5 White Wine Barrel-Aged Sours Go On-Sale Tomorrow

imageFrom Modern Times:

18 months of tireless work & patient waiting have finally come to an end. Our second round of sour beers are ready and tasting unbelievably delicious. Where as our first sour release focused on the dark end of the sour spectrum, anchored by an Oud Bruin and a Flander's Red, this year's release focuses on the light end, with a Sour Saison and a Lambic-inspired Sour Blond serving as the base beers, along with fruited variants.

Five versions will go on-sale tomorrow (Thursday, December 10th) morning at 10amvia Brown Paper Tickets. Those of you that remember last year's sour release will recall that these bottles went very quickly, and the trend will certainly continue this year, especially since members of The League of Partygoers & Elegant People have already snatched up many bottles. We'll be having a casual bottle pick-up party onThursday, December 17th here at the Fermentorium beginning at 12pm, which will be the best time to pick-up your purchases. As usual, there'll be some extra fun stuff on-tap and some archive bottles available for sale.

If you can’t make the party, you’ll have until February 17th, 2016 at 10pm to pick up your bottles at the Fermentorium. Please be sure to read ALL of the terms and conditions on the BPT page.

HERE IS THE LINK TO THE ONLINE SALE. PLEASE READ ALL OF THE TERMS. PROXIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
