Here’s an interesting new bottle coming from Crux Fermentation in Bend, OR.  This is Crux Pilz and it is a new old-fashioned pilsner that will use Czech Saaz and Oregon Sterling hops.  This is a 12oz bottle and the beer hits 5.2%-AbV and 35 IBU.
