This is Barrel-Aged Mexican Cake from Westbrook Brewing in Mt. Pleasant, SC.  This Imperial Stout was brewed as Westbrook’s 1st Anniversary and it returns every year with cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, cinnamon and fresh habanero peppers.  This beer is aged in Bourbon barrels for 12-months before being package din 22oz bottles and the beer will hit 10.5%-AbV.
