More release details on fourthmeal:
Come Friday, you’ll probably still be stuffed from Thanksgiving dinner. So we invite you to come to the Tasting Room and partake in a new meal altogether: fourthmeal. OnNovember 27, we celebrate the public release of our collaboration with Maine Beer Company, fourthmeal. It isn’t brunch; it isn’t “linner.” fourthmeal is a hoppy Belgian-style ale that brings aspects of both breweries to the table: fruity, Belgian yeast esters, a crisp, bready backbone, citrus and piney hop characteristics, and a dry, hop-forward finish. There’s no one shouting “come n’ git it” when it’s time to dine - just mouth-watering, dry-hopped aromatics, signaling that it’s time for fourthmeal.
