Here’s a new R&D series bottle package coming from Ninkasi.  This is Critical Hit and it is a barley wine ale that is “hopped to high heaven” (24 hop varieties).  This is a 22oz bottle and this monster will hit 11%-AbV (up from 10.9%-AbV) and 117 IBU (up from 103).  This beer was first brewed in 2009. .
