Green Flash Releasing Cellar 3 Oculus Sauvage

image
We brought you a peek at this beer back in July, and now this from Green Flash:

We took our award-winning Le Freak, aged it in red wine barrels, and inoculated it with Brettanomyces to createOculus Sauvage, our newest Cellar 3 release. Highly nuanced, the resinous hops characteristics are refined by barrel-drawn notes of vanilla and French oak tannins sure to tantalize the most discriminating of palates.
