From Uinta:
The time is upon us – and we’re not talking about a zombie apocalypse, but we are talking about the Great American Beer Festival! GABF is pretty much the cream-of-the-crop when it comes to Beer Festivals – the Madonna, John Lennon, or Prince of its genre. What we’re trying to say is it seriously rocks and we are proud to be one of the many, many breweries in attendance for a weekend of collective brew worshipping. GABF gives us a chance to showcase some of our finest beers to over 100 beer judges, and the likes of 60,000 thirsty attendees.
We will be in good company amongst the over 700+ breweries who are also participating, just slightly more than the first GABF in 1982 that featured a mere 22! You can download the Festival Map here, and we are located in booth Q1. You can also find us at Paired (formerly the Farm to Table Pavilion) located in the Upper Lobby D area. Paired features 21 chefs matched with 21 craft brewers, offering 42 total unique pairings. Uinta will be paired with Chef Jordan Wallace from Pizzeria Locale in Boulder, Colorado.
The beers we’ll be pouring include: our Ready Set Gose, a Firkin of Sour Cherry Contrail, and a new “in-the-works” Stout that has yet to touch the lips of any person outside of our very own Brewery. And not to toot our own horn, but we did win the Best Festival Flair Award last year and we’ve really “spruced” it up this time around. So if you’re going to GABF, find us at booth Q1 and come say ¡Salud!
