From Hangar 24:
It's back-to-back release Saturdays for the next two weeks here at Hangar 24! Some of our most favorite beers are about to return to the Tasting Room for the Fall season and the release celebration details are hot off the presses:
You know summer is in full swing when it's time for us to release Polycot, our beloved wheatwine (that's a beer style- don't worry, it's not actually a wine) brewed each summer with thousands of pounds of locally grown, hand-pitted apricots.
Join us this Saturday, July 25th, from 11am to midnight in the Tasting Room to welcome Polycot back into our lives. Polycot will be available in pints, 22oz bombers, and in growlers and crowlers to go. Starting at 5pm you'll also be able to try Polycot running Randall-ized through fresh cinnamon and vanilla bean, what we're calling "Peach Cobbler Polycot."
It wouldn't be a celebration without music, so we've got Natalie Clark from 2-4pmand My Own Holiday from 8-10pm.
Our Oktoberfest Fall Lager release will bring a full day of German beer at the Tasting Room on Saturday, August 1st from 11am until midnight. We'll be releasing 2015's batch of our Oktoberfest Fall Lager, which will be our fourth German-inspired beer on tap alongside Alt-Bier Amber Ale, Helles Lager, and our just-released berliner weisse, Kirschen.
You'll be able to snack on German pretzels for $2, perfect for pairing with your pint of Oktoberfest, and we'll have music throughout the day, leading up to headliners Ghosts in Pocket from 8-10pm.
We'll be open from 11am until midnight with pints, growlers, crowlers, and 6-packs of Oktoberfest on sale,
