Cigar City - Wiregrass Post-Prohibition Ale Coming To 12oz Cans

imageWe bought you the story of this beer back in Oct 2014, and now I’m excited to bring you this update.  This is Wiregrass Post-Prohibition Ale and it is brewed in collaboration with Folklore Brewing and the MOOLA Homebrew club of Alabama.  This beer celebrates the May 2013 law that legalized homebrewing in Alabama (the last state where it was not legal).  This beer is brewed every year, and for 2015 it will now be packaged in 12oz cans.  The beer is a combination of an American Pre-Prohibition Pilsner and an American IPA and it will come in at 5%-AbV.  Stay tuned for release details.
