Man Files Suit Claiming Dead Rat Found In Steel Reserve 24oz Can

According to his lawsuit, Marco Antonio Navarro bought a 24-ounce can of Steel Reserve beer from a 7-Eleven on Highway 356 in Irving in August 2013. He was drinking the beer at home when, about halfway through, he felt “a tingle on his lips” and noticed the liquid wasn’t flowing properly.

His sister used her cell phone to take a picture to see what was blocking the beer, the lawsuit says, and “to his horror” Navarro realized there was a dead rat inside.
