Victory Brewing - Saison Du Buff 2015

Here’s your first peek at the packaging for Victory Saison Du Buff 2015.  This collaboration ale was first brewed in 2003 as a co-brew with friends Bill Covaleski from Victory, Sam Calagione from Dogfish head and Greg Koch from Stone (as the historic label photo shows).  For 2015 Victory will brew Saison Du Buff, followed by Stone in 2016 and Dogfish head in 2017.  The BUFF continues to stand for “brewers united for the freedom of flavors” and the beer will continue to use parsley, sage rosemary and lemon thyme.  Look for Saison Du Buff 2015 to be package din 12oz bottles and the beer will hit 6.8%-AbV….and for some cool additional details on the label and beer check out this video from our pal Sam Calagione.
