Here’s a new bottle coming from Pearl Street Brewery in La Crosse, WI. This is Raspberry Tambois and it is a sour Belgian-style ale brewed with raspberries. This beer is fermented with brettanomyces, lacto and pedio and it will be packaged in 22oz bottles.
According to Pearl St this will hit shelves in mid-June. We also have Linalool IPA and it is brewed with Northern Discovery hops.
