Here’s a new bottle and a new look coming from Double Mountain Brewery & Taproom in Hood River, OR. This is 2014 Peche Mode and it is a Belgian-style ale aged for 9 months on Hood River peaches. This beer also uses Brettanomyces as well as their house yeast. Look for Peche Mode to be packaged in 375ml bottles and the beer will hit 8.6%-AbV.
