Trinity - Magical Brettanomyces Tour #2 Brett Brux, Mr. Saison, Farmhouse Soliel & More

This is our most event packed month that we've had since opening 7 years ago!  There aren't even enough weekends for all of our releases, and starting off tonight 4/8 we are releasing the second of our Magical Brettanomyces Tour #2, Brett Brux.  We have sooooOOoo many beers coming out this month that I'm going to just list the seasonal Saisons sequentially by release date: Mr. Saison on 4/10 followed by Farmhouse Soliel 4/17.  Both beers are built for warmer days and wasting time on the patio.  Don't forget our 7th annual Saison Invitational is 4/11 this Saturday!  We've been lucky to line up several brewers from across the country for the event, some of which will only be pouring in Colorado for one day only at this single event!  We expect that tickets will definitely sell out tomorrow (potentially before this email even goes live), but if you are interested in getting a pass call the pub at 719.643.0029.  Our last release for April is VERY SPECIAL indeed... 'Koelorado,' is a Spontaneous Golden Sour brewed with: a first and second slims process, a malt bill constructed with 30% raw wheat, aged/old hops,  and it was cooled outdoors in our custom built Koelschip allowing indigenous microbes to ferment the beer.  After cooling this beer was aged on Chardonnay barrels for a full year, and it's finally ready!  A first of it's kind in Colorado, the special bottle release is Friday 4/24 at 5pm with a limit of no more than 6 bottles per customer.
