Luscious ripe red raspberries are elegantly intertwined with a bountiful amount of lactic acidity and delicate barrel nuances to cultivate this stunning sour ale.
Bottles and draft of Raspberry Sour will be available starting at 5pm, along with a special food pairing:
Ahi tuna carpaccio & arugula salad
with a raspberry champagne vinaigrette
served with 5 ounces of Raspberry Sour for $17

Raspberry Sour is the 1st installment of our new
Botanicals & Barrels series! Vanilla Bean Stout and Coconut Porter, both aged in Bourbon barrels, are coming soon. These three beers are our first year-round-available barrel-aged beers!

As luck would have it, our amigos at Suerte dig our brews as much as we do their tequila. They graciously provided their finest barrels.
We filled them and created sour, salty, and citric awesomeness.
Sour Beers paired with Four Courses

- 1 - Tectum et Elix sour aged in Cab Sauv barrels paired with queso fundido, pork empanada, salsa verde, chips
- 2 - Fortuna aged in Tequila barrels paired with ceviche, corvina, avocado, lime
- 3 - Insula multos Collibus aged in Bourbon barrels paired with steak fajitas, smoked hanger, fresno relleno, black beans & rice, corn tortillas
- 4 - Raspberry Sour aged in oak barrels paired with spiced Mexican chocolate cake
