From Night Shift:
Wed: Mariposa Release
Every once in a while, we have a barrel with beer inside that tastes simply too good to blend. These beers become our single-barrel releases (see: Valentino, Valentina,Darkling). This week brings Mariposa. Aged with citrus fruits and a blend of brett strains in one Chardonnay barrel, Mariposa (named after the Spanish word for butterfly) is delicate, bright, and utterly unique.Limited drafts & bottles starting @ 3pm - $20/bottle, ~200 bottles total, limit 1/person.
Thursday:
First 2015 Barrel Society Release - Picasso
Picasso is a 7.2% wild ale blend that pours dark red with a tannic nose of rhubarb and strawberry, sipping sour with spicy notes of rye and red wine. It's a really complex blend that will age beautifully for those patient enough. For 2015 members-only, we'll have bottles ready and drafts pouring, so please come by during open hours anytime after that to get your Picasso.
