Snitz Creek Brewery - Smokehaus # 7 Brewed With Bologna (Smoked Grains)

imageFrom LDNews:

Seltzer's Smokehaus #7 is a marzen-style ale that was brewed using grains that were smoked in smoke houses at Seltzer's Bologna in Palmyra.

"I'm pretty happy with it," said Snitz Creek head brewer Joshua Schucker. "I think it just tastes like a smoked beer, but that just goes to show you how much of the flavor of Lebanon bologna comes from the smoke."

A clarification from Snitz Creek:

clarification…its brewed with grains that were smoked inside a bologna smokehouse, not made with actual bologna.

UPDATE 15 Jan 2015:  This beer will be package din 12oz bottles (see label above).
